Connector privacy

How the Lutz Bath & Kitchen connector handles your information when you use it in ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code.

What we store

Your access: your email address, name and firm, the jobs and quotes we've given you access to, and any note our staff add to it.
The assistants you've connected (for example Claude or ChatGPT), when you connected them and when they last used the connector.
A record of each request your assistant makes to the connector: what it asked for (for example a job, a quote or a search), when, and whether it worked. These records are linked to your account (your email, name and firm), so they are not anonymous.
Product searches: what was searched for, your request in your own words as your assistant passed it on, and the products that came back. Like the request records, searches are linked to your account.
Sign-in records: the requests and 6-digit codes behind each sign-in, the tokens your assistant uses, and the network address a sign-in came from, used to limit repeated attempts. Codes and tokens are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.

Passwords. You sign in with a code we email you; there is no password.
Payment details. The connector can't take or see payments.
Other clients' information. Your record holds only you and your own access.
Your conversations. We only receive the requests your assistant sends to the connector, which for a product search includes your request in your own words.

Lutz Bath & Kitchen staff who manage client access, in our admin tools. We use it to set up and support your access and to improve product recommendations.
The connector runs on Google Cloud, and sign-in codes are emailed through Resend.
What the connector sends back to your assistant is then handled under that assistant's own privacy terms.

Sign-in records expire on their own. Codes work for 10 minutes and are deleted about a day later, as are sign-in requests and the addresses used to limit attempts. Your assistant's sign-in lapses after 30 days without use.
Product searches and the record of requests are kept, to improve recommendations and to support your access.
Your email, name and firm stay on file while you have access.

Email showroom@lbksf.com and we'll remove it. Removing access ends every connected assistant's access straight away.
You can also disconnect Lutz Bath & Kitchen in your assistant's settings at any time.
