Which assistant do you use?

ChatGPT needs a paid plan (Plus or above). On a Business plan, the person who manages it turns on developer mode first.

  1. Step 1: Add LBK to ChatGPT

    1. Go to chatgpt.com in a web browser. The ChatGPT app can't add it, so on a phone use Safari or your phone's browser.
    2. Open Settings, then Plugins, and choose Browse directory.
    3. Choose Add, then Add custom MCP server.
    4. Paste the address below, then sign in (step 2).

    Once it's added, it works in the ChatGPT app too. If ChatGPT says the plugin isn't verified, that's normal for a private plugin. The address is ours.

  2. Step 2: Sign in with your email

    A Lutz Bath & Kitchen window opens. Enter the email your invitation came to and choose Email me a code. Type the 6-digit code we send you. The next page lists the jobs and quotes you'll see; choose Allow.

    Good for 10 minutes. Didn't get it? Check spam, or ask us to approve a different email.

  3. Step 3: You're connected. Ask away.

    Tap a question to copy it, paste it into your assistant, and see what comes back.

    Ask in your own words. It understands job addresses, client names, SKUs and finishes.

Good to know

Prices are list.

Product prices are manufacturer list prices. Your own quotes show what we quoted you.

It reads, it doesn't change.

Quote changes, orders and ETAs still go through the showroom. The assistant tells you when something needs us.

What you can see

Your firm's jobs and quotes, plus any job we've added you to. Nothing else, and nothing from other clients. We keep a record of product searches to improve recommendations.

Does your firm manage ChatGPT or Claude for you?

On ChatGPT Business or Claude Team, the person who manages it adds LBK once for everyone. Forward them this:
